Precious Vessels Ministry -Sibulan.- is based in Cangmating, Sibulan, Neg Or. Philippines- We are a Christian Outreach Ministry, founded in 2016 by Max and Agnes Flor in response to God's calling in their lives to restore the broken, food for the hungry and give hope to the hopeless through a personal relationship with our Savior Jesus Christ.

 

They were based in the US. and after retiring in 2010 and taking several trips to the Philippines in the past  years, they felt God's calling. In each visit, they had the opportunity to volunteer part of their vacation time with Christian International Organization teams and local orphanage, helping the poor and the broken in several barrios and towns of Negros Oriental island. Now they realized that was part of God's plan. Their experiences equipped them to respond to God's call. However, at that time they still didn't know where to start.

In January of 2017,  they started Phase I of their ministry with the children's feeding program in Cangmating, Sibulan Elementary school. With the approval of the Barangay (Barrio) Council and the school's principal in the community, approximately 700 + children and volunteers in the community were blessed with their food ministry. Praise, Honor and Glory to our Lord!

A vacant lot (Max's family ancestral land) in Cangmating along the National Rd. (see below) was a good location for a place to start their activities so they decided that this location could house their future temporary center for food distribution and other Christian ministries. A year later they started their children's food distribution at this location

​

They believed that God will stir people's hearts to provide for the construction of a learning center for this community.  Freely we receive, freely we give.
