                        MINISTRY UPDATES:

July 9,2022: We started our Men's Bible Study at the PVM site and we meet every other Saturday morning of the month. Men in the area are invited to study the word and share their testimonies. Most of those who attended had rough lives who came off the streets bound by addiction, gang life with no hope, until they met the Lord through their Pastors evangelizing in the neighboring streets. We want to continue their hunger and thirst of the Word of God and so we meet as warriors, study the Word and share our testimonies.

 Announcements for August 2022:

August 6, 2022 - PVM celebrated their 4th Year Anniversary with the children, volunteers, Pastors and we were blessed with a beautiful sunny day (after a few days of rain), praise and worship, games, sumptous lunch, testimonies from the children, volunteers, and a parent. Max and Agnes also gave personal messages to the PVM children. The kids were also blessed with the distribution of backpacks and school supplies just in time for the August school opening. Thank you for the local and US donors. A special thanks to the Valley Christian Church VBS kids who raised funds for the PVM children as their summer goal. From the bottom of our hearts... thank you and God bless everyone!

Our God is always faithful and as stewards, He gave us the responsibility to help our brothers and sisters in time of need. Precious Vessels Ministry's hot meal food distribution activities on Saturdays have been put on hold due to Covid restrictions. However. we continue to bless two churches for food supply distribution to the children and the needy - FourSquare Church (Pastor Noli) and House of Jesus Church (Pastor Oscar) - These churches are located in Sibulan and Cangmating areas. There are about 60-80 children attending the PVM food program and at the same time learning the Word of God. We appreciate all your donations and blessings.  We pray and thank God for His continued provisions, protection of our people in these communities and for healing the sick from this perilous pestilence or pandemic.

Recent update:

​

2021 November: We thank the Lord for His protection and keeping us safe and healthy throughout our trip back to the Philippines.   After three months visiting our family abroad and the opportunity to make memories that we will treasure the rest of our lives, we thank God for the time spent with our kids, grandkids, relatives and friends. We arrived in Dumaguete safe and sound during the last week of November. We took the flight via LAX - HK -Mactan then to Dumaguete (by land trip and ferry). With new protocols, quarantine requirements and RTPCR tests, etc...there were reasons to be concern in this type of travel environment, especially for seniors. But we always remind ourselves that our God will always go before us and to put our trust in Him at all times. This was our second year to travel during the covid pandemic and as always God showed us His continued Presence and that He was steps ahead of us. He gives us peace, favor and blessings in every situation and strengthens our trust in Him. 

 

With your help and donations we look forward in continuing the work God has called us to do both physically and spiritually.  All glory and honor to God Almighty!

2020:

After being stranded in the US for a year due to the cancelled flights caused by the pandemic, we finally arrived in October 2020 at Mactan Intl. Airport from Los Angeles.  After complying with governmental protocols and quarantine requirements, we finally came home in mid-November. However, God's plans are always good as we were able to spend more time with our children and our grandchildren. We are always thankful to God as He protected and kept us safe during our journey back  to the Philippines.    

​

From the bottom of our hearts we thank our donors everywhere around the world for their continued blessings to PVM and to those whose hearts have been stirred to bless others. Your blessings not only feed the hungry but also give hope that there is a loving God who loves them. Let us humble ourselves and seek God, giving praise and glory for HIs healing hand!

 

2 Chronicles 7:14 - If my people, who are called by my name, shall humble themselves and pray and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven, and forgive their sins and will heal their land.

You are a child of God. Find out what God has in store for you by getting to know Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, not through religion but through a personal relationship with Him.
