May 31, 2018:

 

Permitting process is holding activities. We went to City Hall and explained our intent with Engineering Dept.. Requirements for temporary building usage are on hold pending review. We will need prayers for favor from City officials. We submitted a letter to the Mayor of Sibulan explaining our intent of our Outreach Ministry today and we will await for response from the City. 

  

June 20, 2018 -:

I met with Sibulan Mayor and explained our intent for the community and he was receptive and agreed to our non-profit organization's community service. I requested that the stringent permit process of our temperary hut (as our distribution center)  be waived at this time. He agreed  to waive it and to proceed with temporary feeding program. Also to check other entities such as DTI (Dept of Trade and Industries), etc...

​

 I met with the Director of Engineering Dept, Engr.and echoed the Mayor's approval  and he also agreed to waive the temporary permit process until a permanent building is initiated. I thanked them for their time and listening to our plans of our community Feeding Outreach.
